Just in time for Black Friday and the holidays, Ludacris and Flo Milli collaborated with Google for their “Buying All Black” Campaign!
The new single, alongside the music video for the campaign released earlier this month (Nov. 18th) with the multi-talented and multi-platinum three-time Grammy award winner, Ludacris and “You Still Here, Ho’” artist, Flo Milli hopping on the track. Coming back for the third consecutive year, the track promotes Google’s “Black-owned Friday” campaign which also features various Black-owned businesses.
By including lyrics that encourage the opening of more Black-owned businesses and the interactive video where Ludacris is magically teleported to different Black-owned companies, you can’t help but get drawn in to see what else happens. As Flo Milli joins in later in the video, she raps that she “Okay my hat matching my bag / I guess we buying all black (okay)!” with a pink and green matching acrylic nail set that says “Black Owned.”
Towards the end of the music video, there’s a list of 70 Black-owned brands that people can buy from and even an image of Google’s newest add-on that lets you know which brands are Black-owned with a small badge near the link.
With both a unique music video and a creative song, you’re sure to remember this song when shopping this holiday season!
