R&B’s lover girl, Kehlani, is on an impeccable run this year. Since the release of “Folded,” the song has gone viral, as fans and music lovers enjoy the song, the lyrics, her flow, and the music video. On April 24, Kehlani released her 5th self-titled album, and critics and music lovers have reviewed the album as her greatest project so far, and the choice of creating the album ‘Kehlani’ just adds a memorable touch. Since “Folded” took over the storm and became her very first song to enter the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number 6 in January 2026, it led her to win Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance at the 68th Grammy Awards. Kehlani was also awarded and honored with an Impact Award at the 2026 Billboard Women In Music ceremony, where she also states, “We want good, long songs.
