Meet the creative artist that doesn’t fit into one space: M.E. The name M.E. is short for “Most Elevated”, and the artist says that the inspiration behind her name comes from “wanting to feed the subconscious mind and remind One’s self to stay true to the highest version of self.”
M.E. is a musician from Huntington Beach, California, and her biggest motivation is herself. Music is a huge passion of hers, and when asked where she sees herself, she said, “On a boat! Lol but seriously, still creating works of art and learning from some of the best.” M.E. is an independent artist who writes all her lyrics, and her sister Kristen helps with the production and fine-tuning.
The road to stardom hasn’t been a straightaway for M.E. There have been many obstacles and hardships that she has had to deal with while chasing her dreams. She says, “I have had a lot of health issues that have put a burden on my creative process…It has prevented me from participating in more recording, photoshoots, videos, and other performance opportunities as well as basic life.” Despite these hardships, M.E. still continues to push through and release great music. She has a single titled, “Sh3essh” that recently dropped, and a body of music that is in the works. Make sure to tune in to her music, and her upcoming project that’s scheduled to drop on 7/11/22.
