This past month, A-Boogie Wit Da Hoodie collaborated with Mariah the Scientist to rehash a beloved fan-favorite. The track “Secrets,” originally from A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie’s 2020 LP ‘Artist 2.0,’ and produced by the likes of S.Dot and Mosaic Music. With Mariah the Scientist thrown in the pot, you know it couldn’t be anything but incredible. The newly revamped track has the singer-songwriter cooking up a brand new verse:
“You know what it is, why you never listen? Come in through the front door, take me through the kitchen Meet me in the back, take me through the alley Know you want a bad girl, know you want a savage Know that I can be that, you can’t believe that You could be a blind man, even you could see that”
Mariah the Scientist and A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie had been doing great things in 2022 respectively. Mariah the Scientist had released ‘Buckles Laboratories Presents: The Intermission.’ The EP had included “Spread Thin” which had gone viral last year. While A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie released ‘Me Vs Myself’ at the end of last year and is currently on tour for the same project by the same name.
