Meet the dedicated and inspirational Denyo, the Hip-Hop artist on the rise who loves to create!
Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Bronx, his musical inspiration comes from New York rap and how he grew up, knowing what is right from wrong. Describing his image as someone who tries to inspire others by voicing his story, he hopes to urge others to never give up and to remember that things aren’t going to work out unless they want them to happen.
Only being in the music industry for a year, he’s still in the beginning of his career, he hopes to release more new music to showcase his musical diversity and have a solid fanbase. Denyo explains that his favorite experience thus far was creating his first music video. Describing his style as a little bit of everything but mostly sentimental and melodic rap, he aims to stay focused and release more visuals this year. In the upcoming years, he hopes to stay continuous and lowkey as he currently does.
Overcoming various obstacles and doubts, the road to where he is now hasn’t been smooth and Denyo coins himself as his biggest inspiration. Planning to have his own label and to be independent, he wishes to someday collaborate with Kanye West.
Enjoying being able to create, Denyo writes his own music and works with his personal producer. As of right now, he has one EP out on all platforms, “The Come Up” and eight songs, his favorite is Bad Luck. Currently working on releasing a lot of music this year, he urges readers to stay tuned!
Living by the motto, ‘Chase Your Dreams,’ he advises anyone following in his footsteps to be patient and to keep working because you’re going to get the sound you’re looking for. When he’s not in the studio, Denyo enjoys spending time with his family and working out.
He leaves his fans with the message to “keep showing love, more music is on the way.”
