Megan Thee Stallion hosted the 2024 MTV VMA, which happened on September 11. Megan paid tribute to Britney Spears’ “I’m a Slave 4 U” performance in 2001. You can see the performance on YouTube of her hits on her new album “MEGAN,” which came out earlier this year. She also brought out Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba for their song “Mamushi,” for which the music video was also dropped.
Eminem also performed with a nod to his 2000 MTV performance. He brought other ‘clones’ of “The Real Slim Shady,” which you can watch on YouTube.
LL Cool J is celebrating 40 years with his label, Def Jam Recordings. Also, on September 6 this year, LL Cool J dropped his newest album, “The Force.” His last album was “Authentic,” which was released in 2013. In his performance, he brought out Flavor Flav and Chuck D.
