There is a new R&B Trap artist on the come up and he goes by the name Autootunedd.
Autootunedd was born in Hartford, Connecticut, which is also where he currently resides. He started making music when he was only nine years old and decided to pursue music as a career while he was attending college.
Autootunedd is currently signed to Equity Distribution. Under his label, Autootunedd produces, writes, and records almost all of his records. His music is heavily influenced by 90’s R&B and heavy trap, giving him a melodic feel.
Musical inspiration varies for Autootunedd. He gets his inspiration from almost anything, whether it be a situation in his life, a trip to a new city, or a newfound love. In terms of musical influences, Autootunedd’s music is inspired by artists like Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Mannie Fresh, 50 Cent, and Wiz Khalifa.
Currently, Autootunedd has four singles out and available to stream. These four singles were all released during the months of May and June in 2022. His first single, “Chri$ Brown”, dropped on May 11, 2022.
“Chri$ Brown” is his favorite among the four due to the story behind the track and the vibes it gives off. Despite it being his first track, Autootunedd aims to promote it again with visuals just in time for summer. He named the track after Chris Brown because the beats and sounds in the track are influenced by the artist.
In the next few years, Autootunedd sees himself signing a major deal, making waves in the majors with his unique style and sound. He’s currently working on more songs, and plans to put out a new project in the summer.
