A Boogie Wit da Hoodie has done it again and provided us with the perfect song to blast on late-night drives with the windows down. His latest hit “Take Shots” feat. Tory Lanez has just been released with a music video. It opens with the strumming of a guitar, and the moment the beat drops you’ll be transported. Though it has been two years since the release of his third studio album, A Boogie is still as strong as ever and creating the quality music we’ve come to expect from him.
The “Look Back At It” singer delivers smooth vocals and a flow that deserves plenty of praise. His unique sound mixed with the party scene visuals of the music video creates a vibrant experience for the listener. Tory Lanez features on this track and provides his own element of artistry that really brings the song together. As he transitions back and forth between rapping and singing, he lays down a masterful balance.
The highlight of this track, however, would be the
guitar. It sits in the back creating an inviting and captivating tune that ties a perfect bow on top of this collaboration.
