LightSkinKeisha began her career by utilizing her social media to enter the modeling industry, occasionally posting herself rapping. She later decided to switch fully into music, debuting with her track “Weather” in 2017. Since then she has released plenty of tracks, solidifying her sound as well as establishing herself as a name in the industry. She has even collaborated with other big artists such as Trina, Kash Doll, and Latto.
Her most recent album ‘Thought I Was Done?’ came out earlier this year in May, and includes nine tracks, with the lead single being “A$$ On Me.” However, the track that has stood out the most is “Supah Toxic.” The track although on the shorter side, does not lose any hype, utilizing heavy bass and a catchy flow; The beat has a bit of an old-school hip hop feel, with elements of vogue in the background, met with Keisha’s modern flow.
