Michigan’s R&B artist, Vedo is finally getting the recognition he deserves. Vedo teamed up with Chris Brown on the track “Do You Mind.” Vedo and Chris Brown’s voices complement each other on this flirtatious track. This song finds the pair arranging plans with their respective women as they sing over sexual lyrics.
Vedo starts off the track with slick talk and highlights women’s attributes that he can’t wait to get a piece of. Over a mid-tempo production Vedos sings in the chorus, “Do you mind if I come through? / Mind if I touch you? / Mind if I mess up your frontal? / Pour it up, roll it up, wе can smoke too / Do you mind? Put it in my face.”
Chris Brown appears in the second verse making it clear that he and his lady will be up all night when he comes over. He sings, “Will you let me do you right? / Can I have the night? / Don’t make me ask you twice / I like what I like, I’m not the type that’s gon’ be stalkin’ you.” “Do You Mind” is Vedo’s second single that will appear on his sixth album entitled Mood Swings. “Forever”, the album’s lead single was released in November 2022. The lead single was accompanied by a music video.
Mood Swings comes after the August 2022 release of Vedo’s joint album, While You Wait, with OG Parker. Vedo released his last solo album, 1320, in 2021. 1320 featured Erica Banks, Jacquees, Ari Lennox, Eric Bellinger, and Lloyd. “Do You Mind” is available on all streaming platforms.
