Jeremih brings back the R&B vibes on his new single “Changes.” The Hitmaka-produced single will serve as the lead single from his upcoming fourth studio album. “Changes” is Jeremih’s first new solo track in over five years. “Changes” borrows from 2003 classic “Read Your Mind” by Avant. The Chicago rapper is extremely talented and has been consistent for years. Jeremih always knows how to deliver on a track. He is an easy-going and peaceful artist. Mills Millers directed the official music video for the track.

The music video shows Jeremih and his love interest in downtown Chicago. The visuals showcase a relationship that changes in a flash. One scene of the video shows Jeremiah and his love interest in the pouring rain. It is both modern and an R&B throwback. The music video gives off 90s vibes.

Jeremih’s last solo release was in 2018, ‘The Chocolate Box,’ which included four songs. ‘Late Nights’ was his most recent album released in 2015. The album was certified platinum and more than one million units were sold. In 2018, Jeremih and Ty Dolla Sign released their collaborative album MihTy. Jeremih has also collaborated with Tinashe, Ne-Yo, Wale, and Tebby. “Changes” is a smooth and buttery song. The Chicago artist slides back into music and gives his fans a taste of what’s to come.
