SHAKE IT SHAKE IT SHAKE! Who knew somebody can turn a hit Akon record into another hit yet again in 2022. Well, that somebody goes by the name of Kay Flock. In his newest single, “Shake It,” Kay Flock joins forces with Cardi B, Dougie B, and Bory300. Within this song, it can be heard a familiar song in the background, that song being the hit Akon single, “Bananza (Belly Dancer),” from the very iconic project by Akon titled, ‘Trouble.’
The song is flipped and remixed into what one would describe as lit af! As well as giving the song a more New York drill vibe to it. The original song sampled from this single has come out about 16 years ago, however, thanks to these amazing artists, they were able to bring an already classic song into another classic!
Kay Flock has been making some noise now in the game, from his feature in the song, “Not In The Mood,” alongside Fivio Foreign and Lil Tjay to his other greats songs such as, “PSA,” “Is Ya Ready,” and “Brotherly Love,” Kay Flock is only proving to the world that his craft and position in the industry is going the only place we all know it is going…up.
