Actor and musician Kid Cudi released his new single, “Do What I Want” as an introductions to his upcoming album release.
After announcing the album, “Entergalactic” back in 2019, Cudi’s audience has been patiently waiting to see what the next era is all about. Kid Cudi’s later added that there will be a star-studded Netflix series based off of the album.
Throughout the waiting period, he made sure to hype fans up by emphasizing his new era as the “greatest piece of art” he’s made.
Take a Daytrip is listed as the producer following the success of his previous work on Kid Cudi’s album “Man on the Moon III”.
With the track available to now stream, Kid Cudi took to Twitter to give fans some background information on why he chose this for his first track. “Do What I Want” was the first dong I did w Day Trip […] Im really happy ull finally get to hear it,” said Cudi.
Fans took to their social media platforms to make sure Kid Cudi knew they agreed about the new era. The comments were flooded with phrases like “Cudi never disappoints” and “Amazing as always”.
