On Dec. 8, Kalan.FrFr released his EP, Not Hard 2 Understand.
Not Hard 2 Understand has six tracks, including Kalan.FrFr’s single “BUTTERFLY COUPE” with Quavo. Accompanying the EP, Kalan.FrFr also put out a music video for its first track, “AIN’T NOTHIN”.
This is Kalan.FrFr’s first EP to come out, despite already having a couple of albums out such as 222, which he dropped back in the summer of 2022.
Kalan.FrFr is an upcoming rap artist from Southern California. Before he started his music career, he played football for San Diego State and had dreams to become a football player in the NFL. However, things went differently for him, and his experience playing ball actually helped Kalan.FrFr pivot his career towards music.
With his label, First Class Entertainment, Kalan.FrFr signed with Roc Nation in 2021, and since then, has been on the rise. He was discovered by Roc Nation’s president after he performed at the BET Experience, and the following year, was named BET Amplified Artist in August 2022.
Prior to the release of Not Hard 2 Understand, Kalan.FrFr collaborated with many artists including Quavo, Tyga, Mozzy, Lil Durk, and Blxst.
