On April 10, City Girls rapper Yung Miami dropped her second solo single of this year. The single is titled “CFWM” with Skilla Baby. Yung Miami’s last single, “50/50”, came out back in early February.
“CFWM” opens with Skilla Baby saying “girl, you pretty with no makeup”, which sets the theme for the song. In fact, the artwork for the single is a portrait of Yung Miami showing off her face card, half beat with makeup and the other half with her natural looks. Yung Miami raps about natural beauty and how others can’t compete with her.
On April 24, Yung Miami also dropped different versions of “CFWM”. These versions included a clean version, a sped up version, a slowed down version, as well as a version with an open verse.
Despite dropping solo music, Yung Miami and her rap partner JT have not confirmed whether or not their duo, City Girls, are broken up or still together. The last album they put out together, RAW, was back in 2023, and since then, each have been pursuing their own individual careers.
City Girls aside, Yung Miami and JT seem to be doing well and are confident in their solo music.
