After establishing himself as a DJ, club promoter, and socialite, Zack Bia releases his debut single alongside rapper Don Toliver titled “Hardcore.” The prominent bass and upbeat mood are perfect for playing at clubs and parties; The track is a club/dance vibe utilizing spatial audio reminiscent to Don Toliver’s hit track “No Idea,” creating a cool collaboration between the two.
As of 2018, Zack Bia is currently co-founder to Field Trip Recordings in addition to James Canton. Prior to this, he was discovered by Fetty Wap’s entourage to get paid to promote a nightclub in Los Angeles each week, eventually spiraling into hosting and DJing parties, and even befriending Drake; Bia later made a cameo in Drake’s music video for “Money in the Grave.” For his own track “Hardcore” however, Bia recruited established artist Don Toliver.
The “After Party” rapper provides his unique vocals with catchy lyrics intertwined with the spatial effect to set a cool vibe. Toliver casually raps about sticking by someone, telling them to let loose, and living their best life. “Whenever you need some, I’ll be there for you / Through your trials and tribulations, I’ll see it through / I think it’s time to get in the mood / I think it’s time to get you loose.”
