Even in the midst of his circumstances, Tory Lanez delivers one of the best verses of his career to Internet Superstar DDG. DDG comes flexing his jewels and his refined rapping ability with an impressive bar using boxers Gervonta Davis and Devin Haney as a metaphor for a method of driving his exotic cars. DDG continues his rap with talking about an assortment of items that shows lifestyle changes with his increased fame. The ‘Moonwalking in Calabasas’ Rapper mentions his hit song, before he gets into recent animosity that he has faced. He returns back to his growing stardom showing him new experiences before he turns to the currently controversial Tory Lanez.

Lanez was not able to appear in the video, but his lyrics on screen hit just as hard as if you were seeing him yourself. Lanez begins his verse with referring to his current situation and how that still has not changed his financial status. The popular Canadian Rapper then discusses how his morals have him in his present position before going into lessons he learned from it. The ‘Say It’ artist references the biggest rap beef in recent memory when he says “I be up praying and waiting for the day that people come for me the way they did Drizzy”. From there, he also talks about animosity in a similar fashion to DDG before he goes back into what got him into his current situation when he says “The only one thing I regret on that night is jumping up out of the pool with Kylie [Jenner]” Ending with a note to people who turned on him not to return when he is back before he gives DDG a shoutout.
