DDG has always been dropping songs but “Copy My Drip” should definitely be turning heads. From the subtle beat to the lyrics genuinely be ones you can root for. DDG made sure he dropped this one and I am glad that he did because it had me engaged from the very beginning.
The official music video was directed by LewisYouNasty, and throughout the video it had really well taken shots and some very smooth transitions that made the music video very enjoyable to watch. I’ll also say that because it is a video of him rapping in a different location.
DDG’s openness to trying out new looks and working with other artists has been a major contributor to his development as an artist. He has been able to improve his voice and broaden his musical range as a result of this exposure. Working with well-known producers and musicians has allowed him to pick up skills and information that have helped shape his sound. So by no means you have to check out this song.
