Rising rapper Ice Spice has quickly risen to fame after releasing her track “Munch (Feelin’ U)” just last year. The song went viral on Tik Tok for its catchy lyrics and killer bassline; The New York rapper says “You thought I was feelin’ you? / That n**ga on munch.” This then led to her follow up release “Bikini Bottom” which took inspiration from the music in the cartoon show Spongebob Squarepants. Similar to “Munch (Feelin’ U),” “Bikini Bottom” was won over by fans through its catchy lyrics; The chorus leads in with “How can I lose when I’m already chose?”
Now in 2023, Ice Spice does it again by creating a viral song on Tik Tok titled “In Ha Mood.” This song describes her self-confidence and how she is currently doing well in the industry; “Like damn she in ha mood / She lit, get money too.” The part in particular that is trending comes shortly after with the lyrics “In the party he just wanna rump / Big boobs and the butt stay plump.” Many users are lip syncing and dancing to the track, leading the sound to have over 140 thousand posts including celebrity Skai Jackson.
