On May 24, Sexyy Redd dropped her latest album titled In Sexyy We Trust. On the 14-track album, In Sexyy We Trust features collaborations with four artists including Drake, Lil Baby, Mike WiLL Made-It, and VonOff1700.
This is Sexyy Red’s third album, following Hood Hottest Princess from last summer, which included her hits “Pound Town 2” and “SkeeYee”.
In Sexyy We Trust also includes her last single that came out back in March, “Get It Sexyy”, as the sixth track on the album. “Get It Sexyy” is currently Red’s highest-charting solo single.
As for the featured tracks, the one she has with Drake titled “U My Everything” has been getting a lot of love. This is not a surprise as her last collaboration with Drake, “Rich Baby Daddy”, for his album, For All the Dogs, with SZA was a No. 1 hit.
In fact, in “U My Everything”, Red sings on the chorus, and Drake raps over the infamous “BBL Drizzy” beat that Metro Boomin made amidst the Kendrick and Drake feud. As a result, this may or may not be the reason why the track is getting so much attention. But either way, Drake’s verse still hits!
