Sampling LL Cool J’s 1987 track, “I Need Love,” City Girls JT and Yung Miami put their own spin on the track referencing TLC’s “No Scrubs” while rapping about how they want to be spoiled by their lovers. Released last month (Jun 8), “I Need A Thug” has a catchy chorus you can’t help but hum along to.

Complete with their own twist to the early 2000s aesthetic, we see the two behind a shimmering silver backdrop, JT in a nude brown themed bathtub chilling, Yung Miami with an all red outfit on a matching red motorcycle, and the two of them getting pampered by attractive men throughout the video. Not to mention JT wearing custom grillz saying “I Need A Thug.”
